• We require a fifty percent (40%) down payment for the official reservation at the time of booking.

• Full payment should be given upon check-in.  

• If you cancel or rebook four weeks prior the booking date, you may be charged a 2,000 pesos; if you cancel two weeks before, it is non-refundable. Any factors that lead to not being able to pass the road, we can do a full refund. EX: (major calamities / typhoons signal #2,3,4)

• In case of power failure, the total payment will be divided by the number of hours rented.

• The guest should be aware of their check-in and check-out time. Please give our staff ample time to clean the rooms and surroundings for our next guest checking in to the resort.

• Damage and loss of items will need to be paid.

• Guests must inform the owner in excess of persons on basic accommodation, or the management will count and charge accordingly.

• All guests with the intent to swim or not are included in the headcount. Estimated Pax declaration must be definitive;On the check-in day, you may add pax but not decrease the number of pax declared.

Security:

• One thousand five hundred pesos (Php.1,000.00) and one valid I.D. security deposit are required and will be refunded upon checkout, provided no damages are found or missing items reported.

• Persons who appear to be under narcotics will be denied admission. 

• Drugs, Guns, and weapons of any type are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 

• The garage is provided, But the Management is not responsible for your vehicle loss or damage. Leaving valuable items inside your car is at your discretion.

• We try to operate in a safe environment; the management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. Guests will use all facilities included in our package at their own risk.

Safety:

• The management is not responsible for any accident, injury, insect or animal bites, or lost items during the entire stay. 

• Keep in mind that wet floors are slippery and cracked tiles are sharp.

• Although we maintain and keep the place clean as much as possible before you arrive, Insects like ants and flies are not beyond our control. Please keep the area clean to avoid any invasion of insects.

• CCTV camera. This establishment is equipped with 24 hours CCTV camera. Violators will be apprehended. For monitoring purposes only. Data will be deleted after 48 hours

• The resort deserves the right to amend or change rules without prior notice for the resort's reservation, safety, control, and orderly operation.
