Mango Tree Resort Booking Policy

  • First pay, First book basis.

  • 50% downpayment to reserve

  • All bookings are Final. Non-rebookable, Non-refundable.

  • No booking will be considered confirmed until receipt of deposit payment is verified and a message confirmation of reservation is issued by the resort.

  • The deposit requirement will be advised at the time of booking and the balance is due to be paid in full upon check-in at the resort.

  • For bookings via Airbnb, etc. we will receive confirmation directly.

Cancellation policy

  • In the event of a NO SHOW, any advance payment will not be refunded and any booking with Airbnb or others will be processed in full without refund.

  • Early Checkouts will forfeit the deposit paid to the resort.

  • We may cancel your booking prior to any events such as force majure or facility failure and will be given a full refund.
