But Generally, pool water needs to be replaced once every five to seven years.

That is why guests should follow our health guidelines and follow pool rules like not eating in the pool, etc
If a guests insist to change the pool water, they should be charged 25,000 PHP as this is the cost of changing the whole water in our pool. This rate is for 2023 and may change as time goes by due to inflation.
Weather can also greatly affect pool water quality. Like extreme rains can cause algae or LUMOT to grow much faster than regular days. In these situations, rest assured we will try our best to control the situation.
